This role differs across Lighthouses, at some the Age Group Leader (AGL) is also the Age Group Teacher (AGT) (Langley, Marlow) and at Thame there is a dedicated teaching team.
Co-ordinate teaching programme and activities for one year-group
Prepare and deliver one daily teaching session for the whole year group based on the material provided by the Teaching Co-ordinator
Assist/enable Lighthouse Keepers in using the provided material with their children in the daily Discovery session.
Attend main stage sessions and connect teaching to material presented there.
