We are a diverse and colourful group of people, and diversity is something to be celebrated and welcomed!  We hold a range of services from the traditional prayer book service, to quiet times of reflection and contemporary all-age worship – all are welcome to find the worship that suits them. Throughout the week we hold ‘Life Groups’ encompassing all kinds of different interests from Steam Trains to Crafts, from Pubs to Book Clubs where you can meet like-minded people.

St. Dunstan’s Church

St. Dunstan’s Church is a traditional family friendly church for all ages. On the first Sunday of the month there is a Family Communion Service at 10 am when christenings are often held. On other Sundays at 10 am there is a more formal Parish Communion Service with a children’s church for babies and young people running in parallel with this. A group called ‘Monks Monkeys’ for babies, toddlers and pre-school children and their parent/carer is held in the church hall on Thursdays from 2-3 pm during term time. Sunday Services

We offer a warm and friendly welcome to people of all ages. Our Sunday morning services are held at 10.00am, include Junior Church and Crèche during term time, and are followed by refreshments and time for a chat.

We hold occasional family services and café church services, and a monthly weekday afternoon fellowship group and an evening fellowship/study group.

Later Group

The third Sunday of each month we host the Later Group 6pm – 8pm. This ‘Churches Together in Risborough’ initiative is for 11-18 year olds and offers a fun evening where the young people can relax together. They share some food and enjoy activities such as snooker, table-tennis and playing on the Wii.

We are a lively, family church that serves each other and the community with the love of God.

We have a full weekly programme that includes Prayer Meetings, Life Groups, School Outreach and the following:

Coffee Shop, open on Tuesday and Thursdays 10.00-1.00pm for speciality teas and coffees, toasted crumpets etc. in a friendly and relaxing atmosphere.

Play Café Tuesday morning 10.00-11.30  A safe place to meet where you and your toddler/s can enjoy time out, socialising in a caring environment.

Breakout Kids Club for 5 – 11yr olds.  This is held fortnightly on Fridays from 5.00pm-6.30pm and is a Churches Together venture.  Breakout is run by a team of volunteers from the various churches in the town and surrounding villages.  The fun filled sessions are based around a mix of craft, drama, games, praise and worship and a time of bible based reflection.   Whilst the children have a great time together all adults are invited to stay for a cup of tea and cake.  Contact: Doline Gadd 01844 216502.

Other Events are held throughout the year.

Sunday Morning Worship commences at 10.30am.  Refreshments are available before the Service from 10.00-10.20am.   Children and Teens remain in the Morning Service for approx. 30 minutes before grouping for age appropriate activities. A Creche is available every Sunday for babies and toddlers.

Café Church:  This is an informal service held on the last Sunday of the month from 10-11.30am.  Varied Buffet Breakfast provided.  

All group leaders are DBS checked (previously CRB);
