Volunteer Co-ordinator

  • Allocates volunteers to roles in the run up to Lighthouse week. 
  • Work with Lighthouse Central from February when Volunteer Registration opens to receive applications and allocate to roles.
  • Requires ability to handle spreadsheets and databases
  • Negotiate with applicants to fill all the roles required. 
  • Monitor age, maturity, experience and DBS status of all leaders and helpers to ensure allocated appropriately.
  • Update Trustees regularly
  • This role can be combined with Admin Co-ordinator for smaller Lighthouses
