Lighthouse COVID-19 policy
Allocates volunteers to roles in the run up to Lighthouse week.
Work with Lighthouse Central from February when Volunteer Registration opens to receive applications and allocate to roles.
Requires ability to handle spreadsheets and databases
Negotiate with applicants to fill all the roles required.
Monitor age, maturity, experience and DBS status of all leaders and helpers to ensure allocated appropriately.
Update Trustees regularly
This role can be combined with Admin Co-ordinator for smaller Lighthouses
