Member of team responsible for ensuring site and facilities function properly. Minimum Age 18 at Lighthouse High Wycombe.
Work with Site Manager to ensure smooth running of the programme and supporting infrastructure.
Carry out a range of maintenance/ DIY tasks and off-site errands as directed by the site manager during Lighthouse week.
May also involve some security functions such as occasional site patrols or escorting children across site (with another adult).
This role may require additional responsibilities such as helping with helpers children during the morning meeting and assisting with children’s departure at the end of the day.
