Implement the drama/peforming arts programme. Minimum Age 18 at Lighthouse High Wycombe.
Lead performing arts team and oversee the daily sessions. The children will come in their year groups so the activity may need to be tailored to their age.
Acquire supporting props for the expected numbers of children.
Recruit and lead team of volunteers including familiarisation with the activities before Lighthouse starts.
This role may require additional responsibilities helping with helpers children during the morning meeting and assisting with children’s departure at the end of the day.
Co-ordinate and lead the drama/performing arts team.
